North Johannesburg: Junior Conveyancer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Conveyancer to join our team in North Johannesburg. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end transactions, drafting documentation, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end conveyancing transactions
• Drafting and preparing all necessary transfer and bond documentation
• Liaising with banks, estate agents, and the Deeds Office
• Ensuring accurate and timeous lodgement and registration of matters
• Providing professional updates to clients and stakeholders
• Assisting with general conveyancing administration and support within the team

Requirements

• LLB Admitted Conveyancer
• 12 years post-admission experience in conveyancing
• Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process from instruction to registration
• Experience with lodgements, transfers, bonds, and cancellations

Qualifications

• Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
