About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our 5-star lodge in North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance operations, ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractors and maintenance budgets effectively
- Utilize computer literacy skills (MS Office, maintenance systems) to optimize maintenance processes
- Apply sound knowledge of technical systems and building maintenance standards to ensure compliance
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to maintain the lodge’s high standards
