Minimum Requirements Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines Minimum 5 years underground mining experience At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Shift Boss level) Strong knowledge of underground mining operations and safety standards Good leadership and communication skills Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate underground mining activities during the shift Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) Monitor production targets and ensure they are achieved Enforce safety standards and procedures underground Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments Lead and manage underground teams, including miners and operators Ensure proper communication between shifts and departments Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Advantageous Experience in platinum mining Trackless mining experience Remuneration A competitive market-related salary package will be offered Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
