About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Semi Skilled Artisan to join our team in the Northern Cape region. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mining equipment, working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mining equipment, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Diesel Mechanical systems
- Work on Yellow Mining Machinery as required
- Collaborate with site personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the workplace
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Semi Skilled Artisan in the Mining Equipment Industry
- Experience and working knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Diesel Mechanical systems
- Proven experience working on Yellow Mining Machinery
- Previous mining site experience will be advantageous
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
