✨ Maintenance Handyman | Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Handyman for a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, skilled individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards within a beautiful estate environment. Salary: R8,000 – R9,000 DOE Live-out position Key Responsibilities: General maintenance and repairs across estate buildings and facilities Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting duties Upkeep of gardens, grounds, and outdoor areas where required Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently ✨ Ensure all areas of the estate are maintained to a high standard ✅ Requirements: ✔️ Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role (hospitality/estate experience advantageous) ✔️ Strong all-round repair and maintenance skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ✔️ Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail ✔️ Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking attitude ⚠️ Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
