About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Receptionist and Frontline Coordinator to join our team at Lotus HR and Recruitment in Paarl. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors, and coordinating meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, including screening calls, handling queries, and redirecting calls to the appropriate division.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, EXCO and Management meetings, ensuring refreshments are available.
- Arrange the auditorium for teams related meetings with international customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff.
- Maintain a high level of organization, diplomacy, and MS Office skills.
Requirements
- Matric coupled with at least 8-10 years experience in fully managing a fast-paced and professional reception area for a manufacturing or related sector.
- Proven experience in managing visitors in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage meeting room bookings and coordinate events.
- Exceptional organization skills, high level of diplomacy, and good MS Office skills.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans is critical.
- Valid driver’s licence, own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.
