About the Role
The successful candidate for this position will be someone with automotive experience, who has experience in growing a company’s products as well as running the business. They will understand all divisions of a dealership (HR, Accounts & Finance, Vehicle Sales, Parts, Aftersales, Service, Customer Relations and Logistics). They will have a good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash flow statements. The Managing Director will be responsible for managing the full facility to the company’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s daily operations
- Formulate the company’s development strategy, be responsible for the company’s short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies
- Supervise and control the entire implementation process, be responsible for business results, organize the implementation of financial budget plans, etc
- Formulate annual performance goals and business development strategy plans, overall marketing planning plans, and achieve business management goals with the elected heads of these divisions
- Tracking market development and adjusting strategies
- The establishment and improvement of company business strategies, operating rules, policies
Requirements
- Professional experience: more than 10 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of operation and management experience in automotive industry
- Rich customer relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities
- Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability
- Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through
- Strong understanding of the African automotive markets and business practices
- Full and Strong knowledge in successfully running an entire automotive dealership
