Job Summary
Hire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Of Motor to lead their motor department in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The Head Of Motor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motor department, managing a team of sales staff, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets and increase revenue.
- Manage a team of sales staff, providing leadership, coaching, and support.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Provide regular reports on department performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of motor industry trends and regulations.
