Hire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Of Motor to lead their motor department in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The Head Of Motor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motor department, managing a team of sales staff, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets and increase revenue.
• Manage a team of sales staff, providing leadership, coaching, and support.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of motor industry trends and regulations.
