Job Description

Minimum requirements:

  • Provide full secretarial and personal assistant support to the Head of Department
  • Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Draft, format, and prepare legal correspondence and documents
  • Open and maintain deceased estate files and records
  • Liaise professionally with clients, the Master’s Office, banks, attorneys, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on matters
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries
  • Prepare documents for lodgement and filing
