About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our team in Polokwane. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring seamless client interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and manage service calls and quotations
- Capture service information on CRM or service platform
- Deal with clients to resolve queries and concerns
- Coordinate technicians to job allocations
- Handle general service-related queries
- Compile and submit service reports within required deadlines
- Assist with spares and stock management, including Stock Control
- Mail a detailed CV to the specified address
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM or service platforms
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required for this role, but a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly are essential.
Salary & Benefits
R25 000 per annum
