Job Description
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives contribute to both customer acquisition and long-term brand loyalty
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the overall marketing direction in line with business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities through market insights and competitive analysis
- Align marketing initiatives with broader organisational goals
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Continuously assess and optimise campaigns for performance and relevance
- Ensure messaging remains consistent and impactful across all touchpoints
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and social platforms
- Strengthen brand presence through targeted content and engagement strategies
- Increase visibility through media exposure and thought leadership opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within financial services or insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional South African languages advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools

- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing to business objectives
- Proven experience in managing campaigns and projects end-to-end
- Brand management and effective communication capability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
