About the Role
Ergasia Placements is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring audience interactions, tracking industry trends, and fostering an active online community across multiple digital platforms.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events and marketing materials whilst ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign schedules.
Requirements
- National Senior certificate of equivalent to NQF4
- Diploma, Degree, or certificate in Marketing, communications, Digital marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Experience in graphic designing.
