Job Description
Lifecycle Marketing: Build and refine end-to-end customer journeys across email, mobile, web, and app channels
Platform Onboarding: Drive the successful rollout of customer programs onto new digital platforms, ensuring seamless communication and data integration
Campaign Delivery: Execute multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on personalisation and engagement
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, and commercial teams to align customer experiences with broader business goals
Testing & Optimisation: Lead experimentation initiatives (A/B and multivariate testing) to continuously improve performance
Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
Operational Planning: Turn strategic objectives into structured plans, ensuring high-quality and timely execution
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools)
Strong understanding of multi-channel engagement, including mobile and app-based communication
A track record of managing complex campaigns or onboarding customer programs
Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to guide decisions
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong communication skills and a sharp attention to detail
Qualification:
Marketing degree or related qualification
