Bushwise Recruitment, a specialist division focused on talent placement within the Southern African hospitality and safari sector, is seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxury lodge situated near Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning operations across the lodge, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Maintain and enforce rigorous five-star cleaning and hygiene standards consistently.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence and high performance.
- Manage stock control, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring efficient budget management.
- Monitor health and safety compliance within the department.
- Coordinate effectively with the Front of House and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experience and prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
Requirements
Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Supervisory or senior role within the Housekeeping department of a luxury lodge, hotel, or resort.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining immaculate property presentation.
- Must be able to work independently and thrive in a remote, high-pressure hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in relevant operational systems is beneficial.

- Salary: R12,000.00 per month
