The Role Where Structure Meets Safari Operations: This individual will take full responsibility for overseeing administration and financial processes across multiple lodge operations and the regional office. They will ensure consistency in systems, reporting, record-keeping, procurement, and compliance, creating a strong foundation for operational excellence across all properties. They will lead and support lodge-based administration teams, providing training, guidance, and oversight to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. Acting as a key link between lodge teams and head office, they will maintain clear communication channels while monitoring workloads and resolving administrative challenges across sites. In addition, they will prepare consolidated financial, HR, and operational reports for management, ensuring all legal, financial, and company standards are met.
