A rare opportunity to step into a senior administrative leadership position within a luxury safari group, overseeing systems and support functions across multiple lodges and a regional office ? The Role Where Structure Meets Safari Operations: This individual will take full responsibility for overseeing administration and financial processes across multiple lodge operations and the regional office. They will ensure consistency in systems, reporting, record-keeping, procurement, and compliance, creating a strong foundation for operational excellence across all properties. They will lead and support lodge-based administration teams, providing training, guidance, and oversight to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. Acting as a key link between lodge teams and head office, they will maintain clear communication channels while monitoring workloads and resolving administrative challenges across sites. In addition, they will prepare consolidated financial, HR, and operational reports for management, ensuring all legal, financial, and company standards are met. Regular audits of administrative processes will be required to maintain transparency, accuracy, and consistency throughout the group. ?
