About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Fibre Sales Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting monthly targets, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets
• Conduct desktop feasibility for customers (Fibre, Wireless, LTE, Satellite)
• Assess customers’ connectivity requirements
• Quote customers based on assessment
• Arrange site surveys where required
• Ensure customer orders are booked and processed
• Process upgrade requests / contact current customers to upsell
• Manage active leads
• Ad hoc tasks given by management
• Attend and assist with Marketing events
• Visit our stores regularly to drive sales in store

Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Drivers license
• Previous experience in cellular/sales, FTTH and Fibre Sales (an advantage)

Salary & Benefits

Good Basic per month plus commission
