About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our team in Port Elizabeth, specializing in Logistics/Road Freight. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for our logistics and road freight services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics services
Requirements
- 2-3 years of sales experience in Logistics or Road Freight
- Proficient in MS Office suites, including PowerPoint (essential)
- Strong sales techniques and business acumen
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Research skills for identifying new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or relevant field
- Customer Management or Sales Certificate/Qualification
