About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the full warehouse function in our Port Elizabeth location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound stock, accurate order fulfilment, and effective team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full warehouse function, ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound stock
- Manage and guide pickers, packers, store-men, and drivers to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to processes
- Monitor stock levels, maintain warehouse organisation, and ensure that all operations run efficiently and safely
- Coordinate workflow, resolve operational issues, and ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Maintain discipline, performance standards, and a high level of accountability within the team
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 35 years experience in a warehouse environment within Automotive parts
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics processes
- Computer literacy (warehouse systems / basic reporting)
