About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. As an administrator, you will provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and Executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client onboarding
- Information retrieval and processing
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping
- Regulatory Compliance
- Risk Rating Verification
- Client file compilation
- Continuous client management, meeting coordination, diary management
- General administrative support to Financial Advisors and Executives
- Filing of documents
- File compilations
- New Business Submissions
- Claims: Short-term Insurance claims, Long-term Insurance claims
- Death Claims: Long-term Insurance and Investment Withdrawals of Investment products: Full, partial, two-pot withdrawals Transfers: Section 14 Transfers, Section 37 Transfers, Investment Transfers
- Drafting and maintaining reports
- Drafting and maintaining registers: New Business, Prospective Clients, Reversals, Not Proceeded
Requirements
- Minimum requirements: Matric RE5 / RE1 NQF 5 / NQF 6 in financial services industry
- Minimum 3 year experience within a Financial Services Provider
- Experience in Life Insurance and Investment (LISP)
- Client onboarding
