About the Role
The Broker Administrator – New Business role at AtripleA recruitment & temps is a key position that requires an individual with excellent administrative skills, industry knowledge, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of new business, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
- Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications
- Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues
- Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs
- Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
- Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
- Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends
Requirements
- Matric
- 2 or more years’ experience in life insurance industry
- Computer literate
- RE5 certification (advantageous)
- astute knowledge of atWORK (advantageous)
- Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
