About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Broker Administrator to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our new business development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential clients, as well as providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
- Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
- Assist in the preparation, processing and administration of new policy applications
- Maintain up-to-date records of clients’ policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Monitor policy renewals, updates and cancellations
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries and resolving issues
- Assist with policy amendments, claim processes and other client service needs
- Manage the organization of client files, records and correspondence
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
- Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards
- Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends
Requirements
• Matric
• 2 or more years experience in life insurance industry
• Computer Literate
• RE5 will be an advantage
• Astute & atwork will be an advantage
• Afrikaans and English fluent speaking and writing
• Valid driver license and own transport
