Job Description

About the Role

The Broker Administrator – New Business role at AtripleA recruitment & temps is a key position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the growth of new business clients in Pretoria East.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
Assist in the preparation, processing and administration of new policy applications
Maintain up-to-date records of clients’ policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
Monitor policy renewals, updates and cancellations
Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries and resolving issues
Assist with policy amendments, claim processes and other client service needs
Manage the organization of client files, records and correspondence
Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards
Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends

Requirements

Matric
2 or more years experience in life insurance industry
Computer Literate
RE5 will be an advantage
Astute & atwork will be an advantage
Afrikaans and English fluent speaking and writing
Valid driver license and own transport
