- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel extensively, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG & Retail Sector
- Must have experience in managing a sales team
- Proven success in new business development and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading field sales and merchandising teams
- Solid understanding of route-to-market strategies and in-store execution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Develop and execute a regional sales and growth strategy aligned to company objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within retail groups, independents, and wholesale channels
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of Sales Representatives and Merchandisers
- Drive in-store excellence, including merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and stock availability
