About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team at Numeral Financial Services Group in Pretoria. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that outstanding payments are collected on behalf of the group. Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments directly from clients;
• Contact External dept collectors on loans that have been outsourced;
• Manage customer queries;
• Manage credit bureau queries;
• Manage clients under debt counselling / administration orders etc.;
• Accurately submit insurance claims;
• Support team with receipting and allocation of payments;
• Investigate and approve refunds;
• Investigate and escalate fraudulent matters.
