Job Description

Technical Competencies & Experience: Advise the CEO and executive team, support growth and risk management, and build the in-house legal function. Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements; oversee corporate governance, shareholder matters, and legal due diligence. Lead legal strategy on AI, data, and technology; ensure IP protection and compliance with data laws; embed legal compliance in product development. Advise on contracts, pricing, revenue recognition, and financial risk; review budgets and support audits and regulatory reporting. Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and financial risks; develop policies and frameworks; manage responses to regulatory issues or disputes.
