About the Role

The Brand Activation Executive is a critical role within our team, responsible for driving brand engagement and sales through strategic partnerships with athletes and schools. This position requires a highly organized and creative individual who can bridge the gap between physical events and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract renewal cycles, terminations, and performance-based requirements for sponsored athletes.
  • Ensure athletes are effectively integrated into the marketing ecosystem to act as authentic brand advocates.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for athletes, ensuring they receive required products, gear, and information.
  • Monitor athlete social media activity to ensure compliance with contractual posting requirements.
  • Coordinate athlete participation in photoshoots, video content, and product launch campaigns.
  • Manage athlete appearances at launches and events.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from athletes regarding product experience and development.
  • Bridge the gap between physical events and digital presence by capturing and coordinating live content during activations.
  • Manage social media content calendar to ensure promotional activities and product advertising are consistently covered.
  • Collaborate with creative team to produce engaging assets, including reels, stories, and posts.
  • Support implementation and education of schools regarding programme and products.
  • Identify and execute promotional opportunities at events such as derby games and tournaments.
  • Conduct educational talks to promote awareness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of brand activation strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with athletes, schools, and external suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and content creation software.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
