What we’re looking for:
BCom Accounting / Finance (or equivalent) – Honours preferred
Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role
Solid Financial Services exposure (insurance, banking, lending, or investments)
Strong technical accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Leadership ability with proven experience managing teams
Confident stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
