About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, project accounting, and statutory requirements. With a strong exposure to construction finance and commercial decision-making, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Project and contract accounting, including WIP, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
Balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of variances
Fixed asset management and capital expenditure tracking
VAT returns and tax compliance
Support internal and external audit processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Requirements

Completed BCom degree (Accounting or Finance)
Completed SAICA Articles
2–4 years’ post-articles experience within the construction sector
Exposure to project-based or contract accounting essential
Experience with audits and statutory reporting
