About the Role
Belgium Campus iTversity is seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join our team. As the central point of contact for all events, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of institutional events, while also providing operational support to the marketing department and other internal stakeholders. If you have excellent organisational skills, are able to multitask effectively, and can liaise professionally across departments, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and execute all Belgium Campus iTversity events
- Conduct dry runs and ensure all technical, logistical, and operational requirements are tested prior to events where applicable
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists for each event
- Source multiple quotations where required and submit documentation timeously to avoid procurement or payment delays
- Liaise with suppliers and venues to negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring quality and service standards

- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
Qualifications

- Relevant experience in events coordination or events management (advantage)
