Purpose of the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and promoting a wide range of PPE and WAH products. The role involves external client visits, lead generation, and ongoing account development, with significant room for growth and earning potential. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Proficient in time management and self-organisation. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Curious nature / Willing to learn. Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (advantageous). Knowledge of PPE and WAH products (advantageous). Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the PPE industry. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to foster loyalty. Present and demonstrate a range of high-quality PPE & WAH products, emphasising their value and benefits. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their requirements are met with appropriate solutions. Account Development: Develop and grow new accounts, ensuring they transition into long-term partnerships. Monitor and report on client feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account development in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. Minimum Requirements Valid drivers license. Own, reliable vehicle. Sales experience, preferably in a similar or technical industry. Residence: Residing in Pretoria or nearby areas. Must be comfortable with face-to-face client interaction and working independently.
