On behalf of a forward-thinking, fast-paced Design Agency based in Pretoria , we are searching for a vibrant Junior Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Visual Storytelling: Design eye-catching, on-brand graphics, layouts, videos, and motion graphics across all digital and social channels. Social Media Strategy & Management: Plan, create, and schedule daily content. You will keep the agencys clients ahead of the curve by jumping on viral trends, audio, and platform features. Campaign Experimentation: Test out new formats, visual styles, and interactive content to see what truly resonates with audiences. Brand Consistency: Maintain a flawlessly high standard of visual execution. You’ll balance wild creativity with sharp attention to typography, alignment, and brand guidelines. Community Engagement: Bring your bubbly personality to digital spacesresponding to comments, sparking conversations, and building genuine brand loyalty. What We Are Looking For We need a unique blend of creative chaos and structured execution . You are the perfect fit if: You are fun, bubbly, and bring an infectious, positive energy that naturally translates into your content. You are forward-thinking and experimentalalways looking to set trends rather than just follow them, and eager to try new tools like AI features and fresh editing techniques. You are meticulous and reliable, with a eagle eye for detail (misplaced pixels, typos, or off-centre logos bother you!). Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field. Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and social media content creation (agency or in-house experience is a major plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects). Experience with Canva and mobile video editing apps is a bonus. Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of algorithms, formatting specifications, and best practices for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube Shorts. Transport: Must have your own reliable transport. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both clean, strategic design and creative, experimental social media content. Note: Candidates must have their own active online presence.
