(eng= Management Trainee Position: Management Trainee Location: Brits, Pretoria Start Date: Immediate Starting Salary: R15,000.00 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00 Saturdays (as required): 07:00 – 15:00 / 09:00 – 13:00 Position Overview: As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training across various departments of the business, including Sales, Logistics, and After-Sales Support. This role is designed to provide you with a broad understanding of the business and prepare you for future leadership positions within the company. You will be expected to quickly adapt, learn, and apply your skills effectively in a fast-paced and productive environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Gain knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales strategies. Assist in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. Logistics: Learn about supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution processes. Support logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. After-Sales Support: Understand the after-sales service processes, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. General: Participate in various training sessions and workshops. Take on assigned projects and tasks that contribute to departmental and organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Education: Matric with Mathematics (C Symbol or higher) Experience: No prior experience is required; however, a strong academic background and demonstrable passion for business are essential.
