About the Role
Our client, operating in the HRIS and Payroll industry, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join their Centurion team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing for the group and its platforms, including websites, social media accounts, and online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, ensuring consistent publishing across platforms.
- Design and execute comprehensive content strategies that reinforce brand positioning and maximise impact across digital channels.
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Track progress and analyse results to inform future initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms, maintaining professionalism and audience appeal.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and training material to support PBS business units and enhance client engagement.
- Review, proofread, and edit all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a tech environment.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to craft engaging, audience-specific content across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and campaign performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, editing, and brand management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and digital marketing best practices.
