About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sage X3 Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. As a mid-level consultant, you will collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, map business processes to Sage X3 functionality, and recommend effective solutions. With 36 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Sage X3 ERP systems, you are well-equipped to drive successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Map business processes to Sage X3 functionality and recommend effective solutions
Configure and customise Sage X3 modules including workflows, user roles, reports, and basic integrations
Participate in end-to-end project delivery including design, implementation, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing Sage X3 system support
Deliver user training sessions and prepare supporting documentation

Requirements

36 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Sage X3 ERP systems
Strong functional knowledge in at least one core module: Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
Proven experience working in client-facing consulting environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Sage X3 Certification (Certified Consultant or module-specific certification) essential
