Job Summary

Our client located in The Willows-Pretoria is currently looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join their team! About them: They are a leading commercial asset finance provider, specialising in the transport, mining, and construction industries. With tailored solutions such as financial leases, rent-to-own options, floor plan finance, and invoice discounting, they are dedicated to driving business growth. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, coordinating staff events, and providing administrative support to both the New Business and Collections departments. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Minimum requirements: Matric Post-Matric qualification in business administration or secretarial services would be advantageous 2-4 years experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Presentable with good communication skills A team player who enjoys collaborating with others Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly Manage and record incoming and outgoing client and courier mail Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery, placing orders when needed Manage meeting room bookings, prepare rooms, and arrange catering for staff and client meetings Plan and coordinate office events Maintain accurate online records of NATIS and related contractual documents Ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of company vehicles Generate and deliver amortization schedules, account statements, and settlement letters to clients Coordinate paid-up letters, cancellation letters, and NATIS document management Provide general administrative support as required Remuneration : Negotiable- depending on experience

Job Summary

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Location: Pretoria East Salary: R 13 000 R 18 000 (Based on experience) Starting date : ASAP Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accurate, detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves general office administrative duties, including assisting the finance department with invoice capturing and maintaining accurate financial records. Attention to detail and organisational skills are key. Key Responsibilities: Provide general office administrative support (filing, answering calls, correspondence, etc.) Accurately capture and process supplier and customer invoices Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documentation Assist the finance department with data entry and petty cash tracking Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries, statements, and payments Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required Minimum Requirements: Matric Certificate (Grade 12) A finance, bookkeeping, or office administration qualification is advantageous Minimum 35 years in an office administration role with finance exposure Proven experience in invoice capturing and processing Strong computer literacy , especially in MS Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Pastel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy High level of confidentiality and integrity Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
