About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Recruitment team in Pretoria, South Africa. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional results. If you have a proven track record in recruitment agency sales and excellent people management skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants
- Drive sales strategy and revenue growth
- Monitor targets, KPIs and performance metrics
- Develop new business and strengthen existing client relationships
- Ensure service excellence and quality placements
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed target
Requirements
- Proven experience in Recruitment Agency sales
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent client engagement and negotiation skills
- High energy, resilient and performance-driven
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
