About the Role
Werkie, a well-established brand known for locally manufactured, high-quality products, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Store Sales Manager to lead one of their modern, established retail showrooms in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, quotation, and lay-by targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the showroom is always clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to reach peak performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and provide accurate reporting.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks related to sales.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- 5+ years of sales experience (not clothing retail).
- Experience in furniture, motor, or insurance/policy sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
- Good administrative and MS Office skills.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R15 000 – R40 000 (Depending on experience).
Working Hours
Working Hours: 09:00 – 19:00 (Mall Hours)
Note: Rotational shifts; some days start later, others end earlier. 1 day off per week 1 full weekend off per month (Friday-Sunday).
