About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to various stakeholders and supporting sales efforts with product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to teams, distributors, resellers, and installers
- Conduct product demos and workshops
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
- Train partners on setup, configuration, and applications
- Support sales with technical product knowledge
- Provide field-based training and support
- Relay market feedback and insights to product teams
- Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across channels
Requirements
- 3+ years proven hands-on experience in networking, ICT, or hardware-based technical environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, access points, IP systems)
- Experience delivering technical training or product enablement
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with installers, resellers, ISPs, or distribution environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
