About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Pretoria West. As a key member of our logistics and warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities effectively
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations
- Monitor production/operations and improve efficiency
- Ensure optimal resource usage and productivity across all areas
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when executing daily duties
- Meet KPIs consistently, while performing any additional tasks as required
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a logistics/warehouse environment
- Supervisory or people management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong planning and co-coordinating abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Matric certificate required.
