About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, hands on Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, administration, customer care, compliance, and internal coordination. This role sits at the centre of the business and requires someone who can manage people, processes, and pressure without losing the plot. You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, teams aligned, numbers accurate, and problems resolved fast.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage monthly debit orders
Handle failed payments, follow ups, and reconciliations
Oversee client billing related queries
Assist with basic financial reporting and controls
Liaise with finance and external service providers when required
Manage the Admin and Customer Care teams
Provide clear direction, task allocation, and daily priorities
Monitor staff performance and productivity
Recruit new staff members as required
Coordinate onboarding of new employees
Arrange and conduct staff training and refresher sessions
Manage leave schedules, attendance, and basic HR administration
Handle disciplinary processes when required

Requirements

Proven experience in an Office Manager or Senior Admin role
