Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client offers holistic and integrated solutions ranging from electrical infrastructure design, construction, testing and commissioning to fully fledged electrical infrastructure maintenance solutions. They are currently looking for a Proposals Engineer to be based in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

Analyse the Bill of Quantities
Liaise with the relevant internal customers for relevant information and assistance (Planning, Draughting, Procurement, SHEQ etc.)
Attend project kick-off meeting with the Client, providing necessary support to the execution team. For EPC projects, clear understanding of technical information offered is required for seamless handover to the execution team
Analyse tender requirements and specifications, formulating and submission of tender bids, ensuring successful tender submissions whilst providing overall estimating support and project cost analysis and reporting

Requirements

Electrical Engineering Qualification (Diploma/or Degree)
Estimating Qualifications or equivalent advantageous
CCS Training advantageous
Advanced Excel Training
5 years experience in estimating, project management or electrical engineering design
