Hire Resolve’s client offers holistic and integrated solutions ranging from electrical infrastructure design, construction, testing and commissioning to fully fledged electrical infrastructure maintenance solutions. They are currently looking for a Proposals Engineer to be based in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the Bill of Quantities
• Liaise with the relevant internal customers for relevant information and assistance (Planning, Draughting, Procurement, SHEQ etc.)
• Attend project kick-off meeting with the Client, providing necessary support to the execution team. For EPC projects, clear understanding of technical information offered is required for seamless handover to the execution team
• Analyse tender requirements and specifications, formulating and submission of tender bids, ensuring successful tender submissions whilst providing overall estimating support and project cost analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering Qualification (Diploma/or Degree)
• Estimating Qualifications or equivalent advantageous
  
• CCS Training advantageous
• Advanced Excel Training
• 5 years experience in estimating, project management or electrical engineering design
