About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially sharp Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our industrial manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong Engineering or Technical qualification, extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, and a proven track record of scaling operations within a manufacturing business. As a hands-on operational leader, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, improving manufacturing efficiencies, and strengthening procurement and supply chain performance.

Requirements

- Extensive experience within industrial manufacturing, technical textiles, industrial fabrics, filtration products, heavy industrial environments, and engineered product manufacturing
- Proven experience scaling operations within a manufacturing business
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
- Deep understanding of plant operations, production environments, and manufacturing systems
- Experience driving operational efficiencies and profitability improvements
