About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and promotions
- Demonstrate products and explain benefits to encourage purchases
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Process transactions and assist with point-of-sale operations when required
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Requirements
