Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure proper merchandising and display of products in stores according to company standards
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves to avoid out-of-stock situations
  • Implement promotions, pricing, and point-of-sale materials effectively
  • Conduct regular store visits as per assigned routes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays
  • Build strong relationships with store personnel
  • Report on stock levels, competitor activity, and market feedback

EDUCATIONAL, TECHNICAL, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fit (standing, lifting, and arranging products)
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising or retail (FMCG experience is an advantage)
  • Experience driving a scooter, holder of valid drivers license
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
