Contribute to a purpose-driven organisation focused on healthcare impact Work within a highly collaborative, goal-oriented finance team Exposure to large-scale capital projects and facility development Opportunity to influence financial strategy, systems and governance Play a key role in integrating finance with operations, production and supply chain What you will be doing: Oversee fixed asset governance, including classification, capitalisation and lifecycle management Manage assets under construction and ensure compliance with accounting standards Maintain general ledger integrity, cost allocations and project financial tracking Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and reporting decks Lead cash flow forecasting (3-month and 12-month) and treasury coordination Monitor funding, covenants, disbursements and audit requirements Lead SAP FI/CO design, enhancements and process optimisation Drive integration across SAP modules including production, supply chain and sales Support product costing, inventory valuation and production finance processes Partner with stakeholders to improve financial processes and system capabilities Lead finance-related project implementation, testing, training and change management What we are looking for: Professionally qualified Finance professional CA(SA) or CIMA qualification advantageous 10 years’ experience in financial accounting Experience in manufacturing or asset-intensive environments Proven track record in managing finances of large capital, greenfields or construction projects Experience with SAP FI/CO and cross-functional integration Benefits and unique aspects: Exposure to complex, high-value capital and infrastructure projects Opportunity to shape financial systems and controls in a regulated environment Cross-functional leadership across finance, IT, supply chain and production Strong focus on professional growth and stakeholder engagement Please note if you haven’t heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
