About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future technology roles for our banking client in Sandton. This role focuses on sourcing top talent across software engineering, data, QA, and emerging technology skill sets, ensuring the business maintains a future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage technology talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Conduct talent mapping and market research
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hard-to-fill roles
- Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline activity
- Build long-term candidate relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in technology sourcing or technical recruitment
Strong experience sourcing for engineering, data, and QA roles
Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and pipelining
Good understanding of technology roles and market trends
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools
