About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the switchboard for the entire organization
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Provide secretariat and administrative support to the division/organization
  • Oversee office consumables and ensure efficient use of resources

  • Minimum three years working experience as a receptionist in regulatory or legal fraternity
