About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cafe Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete front and back of house operations
Conduct cash up reconciliation and maintain accurate stock levels
Develop and implement opening and closing procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
Foster strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
Train and develop staff to achieve exceptional customer service standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the restaurant

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Restaurant management
Strong all-round management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
