Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Controller CA (SA) with a proven track record in the banking industry to join our client’s esteemed Real Estate Group in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the treasury department, including cash management, liquidity management, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and mitigate financial risks
– Monitor and analyze cash positions and short-term funding requirements
– Manage relationships with banking partners and negotiate treasury services agreements
– Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
– Supervise and mentor junior members of the treasury team

Requirements:
– Certified Accountant (CA) qualification
– 5+ years of experience in a treasury or banking treasury role
– Strong knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
