About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Payroll Administration Officer to join a dynamic hospitality environment based in Skukuza, Mpumalanga. This permanent role is ideal for a driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys managing the full HR function, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees
- Process payroll inputs, validate data, and ensure accurate monthly payroll execution
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR documentation, and support HR reporting
- Assist with employment equity, policy compliance, and HR audits
- Handle industrial relations processes including disciplinary hearings and advisory support
- Provide leave reconciliation, exit interview processing, and general HR administration
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology
- 3–5 years’ HR generalist experience including payroll and labour relations
- Strong MS Excel skills and excellent communication abilities

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: R30 000 per month, depending on experience
