You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure exceptional guest dining experiences that align with the lodge’s luxury standards. Previous experience in a luxury safari lodge is essential, as the role demands an understanding of guest expectations, dietary requirements, and fine dining presentation in a bush environment.
