About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Flink Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in South Africa. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying top talent for senior-level technical and commercial roles, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality candidates that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and qualify candidates for senior-level technical and commercial roles.
• Headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct detailed qualification calls to assess technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Present high-quality CVs and candidate profiles to clients in line with agreed targets.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM systems.
• Liaise between candidates and clients to coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Support the end-to-end process where required, from first contact to placement.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet delivery goals and client expectations.

Requirements

• Strong research and sourcing skills to identify top talent in South Africa’s HR and recruiting industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• R 10000 – 20000 per annum salary, depending on experience.
